At Beck Project Group, we deliver high-quality construction and refurbishment projects across workplace, hospitality, retail, hotel and wellness sectors. We are known for combining strategic thinking with disciplined delivery, partnering closely with clients to bring ambitious projects to life in live and complex environments.

We are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering some of our most significant projects. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on responsibility, understands commercial risk, and leads teams, consultants and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

This role is ideal for a commercially astute project leader who can take ownership from early planning through to handover, balancing programme, cost, quality and client expectations at every stage.

What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, including leading project planning, programming and execution from commencement to completion. You will manage consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure scope, quality and programme alignment, oversee cost control, forecasting, variations and commercial reporting, and drive site teams to deliver safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You will manage client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues as they arise, and ensure compliance with contractual, statutory and safety requirements. You will also support internal teams with procurement strategies, value management and delivery planning.

You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure projects are strategically aligned, commercially sound and delivered in line with Beck Project Group’s standards.

What we’re looking for

You will bring at least eight years’ experience in project management within commercial construction or fit-out, with proven experience delivering complex projects in live or operational environments. You will have strong commercial and contractual knowledge, confidence leading multidisciplinary teams and managing senior stakeholders, and excellent programme, cost control and reporting capability.

We are looking for someone with a calm, solutions-focused approach, high attention to detail, and the ability to balance accountability with collaboration while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture.
