At Beck Project Group, we deliver complex construction and refurbishment projects across workplace, hospitality, retail, hotel and wellness sectors. We are seeking an Entry-Level Contract Administrator to join our team and support the commercial delivery of projects from early procurement through to completion. This role is ideal for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in contract administration within a high-performing project delivery environment.

The role

Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Contract Administrators, you will assist with the administration of head contracts and subcontracts, support procurement processes, and help manage project documentation and records.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with subcontractor packages, tracking variations, supporting progress claims, and maintaining accurate cost and contract information. You will also liaise with internal teams, consultants and subcontractors to support clear communication and smooth project delivery.

This role provides hands-on exposure to live projects and the opportunity to develop a practical understanding of commercial construction and fit-out delivery.

What we’re looking for

You will be a recent graduate or early-career professional in construction management, quantity surveying or a related discipline, or have equivalent on-the-job experience. You will bring a strong willingness to learn, good attention to detail and an organised approach to work.

We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes initiative, and approaches tasks with a positive, solutions-focused mindset. An interest in commercial construction or fit-out projects and a desire to grow within a project delivery business are essential.
